1. Shipping Information

Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it immediately. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods:
We offer various shipping methods based on your location. During checkout, you can choose from our available options, including standard and expedited shipping. The delivery time will vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of your order, and your delivery address. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 (subject to location).

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination.

Please Note:

• Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and shipping destination.

• Spray WOW is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

2. Return Policy

Return Eligibility:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

Non-returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for the following items:

• Products that have been used or opened.

• Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

• Sale or discounted items.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@spraywow.pk with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.

3. Ship the Product Back: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, along with a copy of your proof of purchase, and send them to the provided address using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned items.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@spraywow.pk with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.

4. International Returns

For international returns, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on the return process.
